Wuhan large-scale road maintenance machinery application and maintenance section to tackle the problem of centralized repair of Jiaozhou-Liuzhou Railway

In order to timely eliminate the comprehensive fatigue of the equipment caused by the high load operation of the Spring Festival transportation in Jiaozhou-Liuzhou Railway and ensure the safety of the railway line transportation, in recent days, Wuhan large maintenance machinery operation and maintenance section has taken a number of measures to comprehensively improve the quality of the line equipment with the goal of good construction quality, safety and reliability.
In this centralized repair, this section undertook six types of construction projects within 311 kilometers from Xizhai Station to Gaoying Station of Jiaozhou-Liuzhou Railway, including line mechanical screening, overhaul and sleeper replacement, turnout screening, line tamping, turnout tamping and turnout polishing. In order to ensure the orderly progress of the centralized maintenance task, the section, according to the overall arrangement of the group company, mobilized 144 large road maintenance machinery and equipment, organized 5 overhaul workshops, 9 maintenance and construction teams, a total of more than 600 cadres and workers, and distributed in 14 construction units to promote the operation at the same time.
In view of the construction problems of bridges, tunnels, and many obstacles between Xiangyang Station and Yujiahu Station, the section has organized the first cleaning workshop and the newly established fifth cleaning workshop with professional technology and strong team to carry out joint construction. During the construction, the No. 5 screen cleaning workshop used the QSZ-400 bridge and tunnel screen cleaning machine independently developed by China to focus on solving the problems of bridge and tunnel screen cleaning, which changed the problems of low efficiency and high cost of manual bridge and tunnel screen cleaning in the past.
In view of the complex environment of the construction section, multiple construction points and long lines, and high safety pressure, the section has developed a detailed construction plan and safety card control measures. After the completion of daily construction, personnel are organized to inspect and maintain large road maintenance machinery and equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good operation. At the same time, each operation unit in this section has been assigned with the leader of the contractor, who is fully responsible for the planning task, organization and coordination, safety management and other work of the centralized repair construction. The section also organizes management cadres and professional technicians to stationed at various construction sites to provide guidance on equipment management, technical data, emergency response, etc., to ensure that emergencies on the site can be handled in a timely manner and correctly. The safety production command center of this section uses the video monitoring system to monitor the key posts and key links on the construction site and urge the operators to operate according to the standard.
As of March 15, the Wuhan large maintenance machinery operation and maintenance section has completed the overhaul and replacement of 5000 sleepers, the screen cleaning operation of 17.4 kilometers, the line tamping of 103 kilometers, the line grinding of 5 kilometers, the turnout tamping of 135.5 groups, and the turnout grinding of 4 groups. At present, the construction progress is orderly, safe and controllable. It is expected that the first phase of centralized repair of Jiaozhou-Liuzhou Line will be completed before April 2. After the centralized repair of Jiaozhou-Liuzhou Line, the line equipment diseases will be removed and the equipment quality will be greatly improved.
