Develop completion plan
The section plans to complete the delivery and inspection of large locomotives within two months, and carry out inspection, disassembly, flaw detection, repair, assembly, test and other work on 14 system assemblies and components including coupler device, power transmission system, braking system, body structure and working device of each large locomotive. In order to complete the summer annual repair task on schedule, each workshop arranged the construction period backward, formulated a detailed maintenance plan, organized the division of labor according to the principle of "fixed person and fixed project", achieved orderly production organization, steadily improved the completion rate, and effectively promoted the maintenance progress.
High temperature 38 ℃
This summer's overhaul is not only tight in time and heavy in task, but also requires the overhaul personnel to overcome the "baptism" of high temperature and sweat. In recent days, Wuhan has continuously issued a high-temperature orange warning. The temperature has reached above 38 ℃ for a time, and the warehouse is relatively closed. Therefore, "wet" maintenance personnel can be seen everywhere in the workplace.
