On January 10, there was a busy scene in the maintenance shop of the maintenance workshop of Yingtan Public Works Machinery Section. More than 20 large road maintenance machines were neatly arranged on four maintenance lines, waiting for a comprehensive "physical examination".
The large road maintenance machinery in Yingtan Public Works Machinery Section is responsible for the comprehensive renovation of the high-speed railway and common speed line equipment in Jiangxi and Fujian provinces. This time, the "physical examination" is carried out for the large road maintenance machinery, which is mainly aimed at improving the equipment status, building a solid foundation for the safe and stable operation of the train, and safeguarding the Spring Festival.
In order to improve the maintenance quality, the section organized professional maintenance personnel to carry out equipment patrol inspection on all large road maintenance machinery in the whole section in advance to find out the bottom number, formulate a differentiated "physical examination" plan according to the equipment status, reserve maintenance parts in advance, and promote the maintenance in strict accordance with the plan.
In the process of maintenance, the maintenance personnel should strengthen the measurement and analysis of key point data and wheelset data, strictly check the hydraulic system, power system, running system and other equipment, carefully find out the potential hazards, do a good job in data recording and fault analysis of the equipment, and ensure that the large road maintenance machinery and equipment are out of the warehouse without faults and hidden dangers.
