The reporter of China Economic Network saw on the scene that the first operation is the BS-1200 slope cleaning truck, which is mainly used to remove the obstacles between the ballast bed and the external drainage, improve the drainage performance of the ballast bed, and extend the overhaul period of the line. During the operation, the whole process of excavation, cleaning, backfilling, shaping and dumping of the ballast on the slope can be completed by itself. Its ballast removal efficiency can reach up to 1200 cubic meters per hour, representing the high level in the field of slope cleaning equipment in the world today.
Subsequently, QS-650 full-section ballast cleaning and screening truck is the main force of mechanized ballast cleaning and screening, which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of large machines. It can cut the ballast on the track bed with the finger of the excavation chain, and carry out the vibration screening of the ballast, which can complete the ballast excavation, ballast screening, ballast backfilling and waste soil throwing at one time. It is called the "physician" of the line, and the ballast cleanliness after cleaning can reach more than 97%.
The WY-100 material transport vehicle, which cooperates with the cleaning and screening truck, is mainly used for the storage, transportation and transportation of ballast or waste soil. The single vehicle can load 68 cubic meters, changing the situation that the waste is carried by hand.
