CPH-240T hydraulic switch laying unit

A set of CPH-240T hydraulic switch paving unit is composed of multiple sets of various machines and tools. The basic configuration of each set of switch paving unit is: three internal combustion hydraulic pump stations, 16 pairs of high-pressure soft rubber hoses, 12 single-cylinder hydraulic track hoists with hydraulic lock function, overload protection function and lifting device, 3 transverse traction winches, 12 transverse flat cars, 1 longitudinal traction winch, and 6 insulated steering longitudinal shift cars. Each set of machines and tools is equipped with one operator of the internal combustion hydraulic pump station, four hydraulic track lifters are connected to each hydraulic pump station, and one monitor for each single-cylinder hydraulic track lifter. It adopts one person, one valve, multiple control, simple, safe and reliable operation, and complete functions.
1、 Structure and working principle
1. Structure
This machine is mainly composed of gasoline engine, hydraulic pump, multi-channel reversing valve, oil storage tank, high-pressure flexible hose with quick-change connector, multiple hydraulic cylinders (single cylinder hydraulic track lifter) with hydraulic lock function, overload protection function and lifting device.
2. Working principle
During operation, the gasoline engine is used as the power to drive the gearbox gear to rotate, the hydraulic oil pump is driven to work through the transmission device, and the hydraulic valve device on the hydraulic oil cylinder of each section is distributed through the multi-way reversing valve and the high-pressure hose with quick-change joint, so that the hydraulic oil cylinder can complete the lifting or lowering action and the horizontal or vertical movement of the turnout rail, and the construction operation of the turnout replacement process is completed. (Figure 1 shows the status during installation and use, and Figure 2 shows the layout of machines and tools)

3、 Operation method of hydraulic pump station and hydraulic track lifter
1. Operation instructions
1.1 Before operation, operators shall be familiar with the structure, technical performance, working principle, use method and safety rules of the machine according to the requirements of this manual.
1.2 Body servicing; Fasteners shall be tight, moving parts shall be flexible, and rotating parts shall be injected with proper amount of lubricating grease (yellow dry oil).
1.3 When adding new oil into the oil tank, the oil must be filtered with a filter to prevent contamination of the oil tank due to the uncleanness of the oil barrel.
1.4 The brand of hydraulic oil must be domestic N46~N68 hydraulic oil. When the oil temperature is 40 ℃, the kinematic viscosity is 41.4~74.8 cm
1.5 The normal operating oil temperature range of the hydraulic pump station is 15 ℃~65 ℃. When the temperature range is exceeded during use, the hydraulic oil should be heated or cooled.
1.6 After the new pump station is used for one week, all the oil should be filtered once, and the oil tank and oil filter should be cleaned. Under normal working conditions, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3 to 6 months, and the oil tank should be cleaned once.
2. Startup of hydraulic pump station:
2.1 Before starting, clean hydraulic oil must be filled through the oil filler of the oil tank, otherwise it is not allowed to start.
2.2 Rotate the oil pump wheel by hand to check whether the pump shaft has uniform force during rotation and whether the pump oil is pumped.
2.3 Check whether the rotation direction of the prime mover (when the motor is used as the power) is consistent with the specified rotation direction, and whether the oil inlet and outlet are installed correctly.
2.4 The hydraulic system is equipped with an empty load circulation circuit, which should be in the open state when starting or stopping to avoid starting and stopping the pump with full load (it is easy to reduce the service life of the pump).
2.5 The adjusting pressure of the safety valve in the hydraulic system shall not be greater than 20Mpa, which has been set before delivery, and shall not be adjusted at will.
2.6 When starting the oil pump, pull it several times to check whether the oil flow direction is correct and whether the sound of the pump is normal.
3. Load operation of hydraulic pump station:
3.1 Low-load operation: After the above preparations are completed, start the pump and run it under no-load pressure for 5 minutes.
3.2 Full-load operation: after low-load operation, gradually adjust the pressure of the relief valve safety valve to the maximum pressure of the system, and run for 15 minutes to check whether the hydraulic system operates normally, whether the joints leak oil, and whether the pump and hydraulic system sound normally.
The maximum temperature on the pump casing shall not exceed 75 ℃~85 ℃.
After the above load operation, the hydraulic pump can enter normal operation.
4. Use method of single-cylinder hydraulic track lifter
4.1 First, place the single-cylinder hydraulic track lifter at the reasonable lifting position of the turnout, and make sure the installation of the oil inlet and return pipes. After the oil circuit is connected, control the manual reversing valve, which can be lifted or lowered as required.
4.2 When the lifting height of the turnout meets the requirements, the hydraulic track lifter shall be hung on the turnout rail and translated to the specified position with the turnout group.
4.3 After the switch group is reset correctly, operate the manual reversing valve, first lift the switch group to withdraw the relevant machines and tools, and then drop the switch group to reset. Remove the hydraulic track lifter.
5. Requirements for connection and disassembly of hydraulic pump station and road crane
5.1 The connection of high-pressure rubber hose must keep the quick connector clean to prevent dirt from entering the oil circuit, and install the dust cover when disconnecting.
5.2 The removal of high-pressure rubber hose must stop the pump station, open the valve to unload and remove the oil pressure. It is forbidden to disassemble and disassemble the oil pipe with load and pressure.

4、 Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of hydraulic pump station

5、 Installation and use method of traverse and longitudinal winch
1. Transverse movement of new track panel;
Place the traverse winch on the new rail and fix it according to the traverse direction required by the new rail, install the traction belt on the end of the adjacent line or traverse slide, release the winch traction rope to place the pulley, pull it to the borrowed adjacent line or traction belt and hang it, and operate the winch control handle of the pump station reversing valve. As shown in the figure
